Data Privacy Strategy
Our SOPA and DPM services automate, centralize, and standardize data management in a way that ultimately reduces your organization’s breach vulnerability.
Key clients
There are no compromises when it comes to privacy!
Our Data Privacy Strategy combines a custom State-of-Privacy-Assessment (SOPA), followed by the Data Privacy Manager (DPM) into a robust data privacy system. We’re here to solve issues such as regulatory compliance and risk management; our framework automates privacy tasks, centralizes consent and preference management, and mitigates regulatory risks. With Solvership, clients reach 100% compliance and significantly cut privacy management costs.
Where does Solvership’s Data Privacy Strategy come in?
- Conducting privacy impact assessments
- Updating and maintaining records
- Cooperation with supervisory authorities
- Vendor management
- Monitoring and auditing compliance
- Responding to data subject requests
- All sorts of reporting
Our process
SOPA
Our State-of-Privacy-Assessment will analyze and report on the maturity of the security measure for technical and organizational data protection. The methodology we use is the NIST Privacy Framework.
Data mapping
In this phase our goal is to classify both the structured and the unstructured data across all systems.
Privacy program management
With the ultimate goal of making your privacy team more efficient, the main focus here is to manage all the aspects of your privacy program and to promote collaboration.
Consent mastering
At this point it’s time to automate the collection of consents and preferences. We also establish all downstream processing workflows from here.
Data removal
If there is no business (or legal) justification for processing it, personal data needs to be removed. This is another process Solvership can automate.
